A Claude skill for low-authority sites
Publications like Times Higher Education linked to five articles on two DR 28 sites. Buying the same links would have cost between $3,284 and $13,868.

Zero editorial backlinks from 424 pages
The highest-rated site is the one that earned nothing. I worked hardest on those 424 pages, but not one human being cited them.
Meanwhile, one article on the DR 28 site earned six live, dofollow editorial links. Nobody was emailed. Nobody was paid. I did not know it had happened until I checked.

The DataGap method
Most content workflows start with keywords and ask what you can write. DataGap starts with unanswered demand and deletes every idea that already has a good answer.
Sweep real discussions for questions people keep asking without a useful answer.
Search every candidate live and remove anything already covered well.
Build a dated fact sheet. No number reaches the page without a source.
Create the article, tables, visuals, schema and WordPress-ready output.
One command
DataGap / new research run
$ /datagap run “your niche”
✓ Demand sweep complete
✓ 42 candidates checked
✓ 37 covered topics deleted
✓ 5 genuine data gaps ranked
✓ Fact sheet verified
Building publish-ready page…
What you get
Candidates checked against live results, with the missing angle made clear.
Demand, gap size, evergreen value, linkability and feasibility scored openly.
Every number tied to a source and date; unsupported claims flagged.
Data tables, stat callouts, visuals, schema and natural internal links.

Be honest with yourself
One useful page can work for years
What you will need to run it
DataGap is a Claude skill, so it needs a paid Claude subscription to run.
Pay-as-you-go Reddit scraping — find the real questions people ask.
Pay-as-you-go SERP checks and backlink profile audits.
Pay-as-you-go image generation for the page visuals.
All three services are pay-as-you-go, not subscriptions — top up once, use as long as they last.
Straight answers
Two things: a paid Claude plan, and three API services that DataGap runs on. ScrapeCreators handles the Reddit scraping, DataForSEO does the SERP checks and backlink profile audits, and Kie.com generates the images. The good news: all three are pay-as-you-go, not subscriptions — you top up once and they last as long as you keep using them.
Mine is DR 28, and the article went up seven days after Google's link index first noticed the domain. The highest-authority site in my comparison earned nothing. Authority was not the variable.
Runs cost cents, not dollars. The citation check that produced this page cost about thirteen cents across three domains. Reddit scraping, SERP checks and image generation are all billed per use — no monthly fee, no lock-in. And there is no subscription to me.
The obvious ones are. That is exactly what the deletion pass removes. DataGap looks for one specific number people need and cannot find, not another generic statistics roundup.
No. It will not write the page without a verified fact sheet, and it will not add a number that is not in that sheet. Every data point maps back to a dated source.
Citations are becoming the bigger prize. A properly sourced data page can be quoted by an AI engine and linked by a human editor at the same time.
I measured links and citations, not revenue. What I can show is which page type earned citations from publishers and universities—and which one earned nothing.
The difference was never authority
That is what earned the citations. DataGap is how you find yours.
